1. Who this policy applies to
- Business users (e.g. salon owners, staff): You use the dashboard to manage your business.
- End customers: You use a business’s online booking page built with JuztBooking to book an appointment.
In many cases, the business you book with is the data controller of your booking information, and JuztBooking acts as a data processor on their behalf. If you have questions about a specific booking, you can also contact the business directly.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account details: name, email, phone number, business details (such as business name, address).
- Booking details: selected service, date/time, staff/provider, and any notes you choose to add.
- Client/customer info: name, email, phone number, and related appointment history (when provided to or stored in the Service).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: approximate information such as browser type, pages viewed, and interactions needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for essential functions (e.g. authentication, security) and preferences.
2.3 Payment information
If online payments are enabled by a business, payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Mollie or Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We may receive limited information such as payment status, timestamps, amounts, currency, and transaction identifiers.
3. How we use information

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as service security), compliance with legal obligations, and consent (where required, such as certain cookies).
5. How we share information
We may share information only as needed to provide the Service:
- With the business you book with: your booking and contact details to manage your appointment.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the business’s settings and applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability. If you made a booking with a business, the business may be the primary contact to handle your request.
8. Account deletion (Delete account)
You can request deletion of your JuztBooking account and associated personal information. If you are a business user, deleting your account may affect access to your organization’s data and booking history.
- How to delete: you can delete your account from the JuztBooking website or the JuztBooking app using the “Delete Account” option.
