1. Agreement and eligibility

By using a JuztBooking booking page or completing a booking, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law and agree to these Terms of Use. The business providing the service may publish additional rules for its appointment.

2. Bookings, payment, and cancellation

A booking is confirmed only when the page or confirmation message says it is confirmed. Prices, deposits, payment methods, availability, cancellation windows, refunds, and no-show rules are shown by the business. You must provide accurate contact information and keep the confirmation private. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

3. Customer content and reviews

You are responsible for notes, photos, reviews, and other content you submit. You grant the business and JuztBooking a limited licence to store and display that content only to operate, secure, and improve the booking service. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary and requested by the business.

4. Your responsibilities

• Arrive on time, follow the business’s safety instructions, and provide truthful booking information.
• Do not use the service to harm another person, bypass a payment, or interfere with another customer’s booking.
• Do not use the service for any prohibited activity listed below.

5. Intellectual property

JuztBooking and its software, branding, and content belong to their respective owners. We give you a limited, revocable right to use the booking page for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except where the law permits.

6. Suspension and termination

We or the business may cancel a booking, restrict access, or suspend an account when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, non-payment, a legal request, or a breach of these Terms. We will take reasonable steps to explain the action where the law allows.

7. Disclaimers and liability

JuztBooking provides software that connects customers and businesses; it does not perform the booked service or guarantee a business’s outcome. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to losses that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer law.

8. Governing law and contact

Mandatory consumer protections still apply. Any governing law, venue, dispute process, and business-specific rules must be completed by the legal owner before publication. Contact the legal entity below with questions about these Terms.

Prohibited activities (10)

1. Using the platform for unlawful activity or to evade sanctions or legal requirements.
2. Offering, arranging, or promoting sexual services, sexual exploitation, or abuse.
3. Human trafficking, forced labour, or exploitation of any person.
4. Money laundering, terrorist financing, payment fraud, or other financial crime.
5. Selling regulated goods or services without the licence, consent, or qualification required by law.
6. Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, discrimination, or intimidation.
7. Spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited promotional messages.
8. Hacking, credential theft, scraping, denial-of-service, or bypassing security controls.
9. Fake reviews, review manipulation, impersonation, or misleading claims.
10. Uploading or distributing illegal, infringing, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
